Scoring

Instant Feedback

After completing each question in your module, you will receive instant feedback on your answer, the correct answer, and the rationale for the correct answer.

Immediate Pass/Fail

After completing a module, you will get a pass/fail outcome immediately. The passing score for all MyEMCert modules is 84%. Passing scores for other modules may be different.

If Your Module Attempt Is Unsuccessful

You have three attempts to take and pass a MyEMCert module topic. If your first attempt is unsuccessful, you can immediately retake a different version of that module.

You have one attempt to take and pass a MyEMSCert and MyToxCert module topics. If your first attempt is unsuccessful, you may need to wait up to three months for a new version to become available. Once available, you can retake the module.

Do not delay taking modules! It’s in your best interest to take them as soon as possible, just in case you need to wait for a new version to become available.
